How to use this site
Browse a digital download, check the details, and find it in your account after payment is confirmed. You can return to this guide whenever you need it.
STEP 01 / FIND A DOWNLOAD
Browse the digital shop
On the home page, scroll to the digital shop. Use All downloads to see every listed item, Game guides for guides, or Player tools for tools. Open a product card to see its product page.
STEP 02 / CHECK THE DETAILS
Review a product
Read the description and check the downloadable file name and format. Review the current price and any promotion deadline shown on the product page before you choose. The file name’s extension shows its format.
STEP 03 / CHECK OUT
Purchase with your account
Sign in to the SparrowVolt account you want to use. If you are new, create an account and return to the product page. Read the product’s final-sale terms and acknowledge them before continuing to hosted checkout. Checkout rechecks the current price, and hosted checkout shows any applicable tax and the final amount before payment.
A download unlocks only after payment is confirmed. Returning from checkout alone does not confirm a payment.
STEP 04 / GET YOUR FILE
Find confirmed downloads
Sign in to the same account you used to purchase, then open My downloads. Confirmed purchases appear there, where you can download each file. Pending or otherwise unconfirmed purchases stay locked until payment is confirmed.
